both enough and growing

"We are enough just as we are, and we are seeking growth" can be a lovely motto for an individual, a unit, or an entire organization.

Because our aspirations for growth are healthy, our ability to embrace the present moment and our current conditions is also healthy.

The tricky part can be holding the "both/and."

We aspire to grow, plan and take action to grow, and we are enough today, just as we are, in all our successes and all our challenges.
