Grateful for Having a Plan B
If it hadn’t been for Plan B, I would have probably said, “I’ll start tomorrow.” I know this because I have said it many times before. This observation is made not as a dis to my past self but rather as an acknowledgment that when we don’t have a Plan B, and our days don’t go as planned, we are usually left abandoning the new habits we are building (like walking for ten minutes).
both enough and growing
"We are enough just as we are, and we are seeking growth" can be a lovely motto for an individual, a unit, or an entire organization.
