21-Day Movement Challenge

Having recently reengaged with my movement practice (AKA not sitting all day) has reminded me that when we lose touch with a productive habit- reengaging can seem overwhelming.

A helpful antidote to overwhelm is small, gentle, consistent steps. After all, what we do consistently makes the most difference towards progress in our goals. Another antidote to overwhelm is community: knowing that we are not alone in our endeavors! It is well known there is a higher chance of success when we set out to accomplish goals and have a support system.

With this in mind, I have created a FREE 21-Day Movement Challenge open to ALL Public Safety and Public Service. Aka, a gentle nudge for all of us to not sit all day and to work on this goal alongside each other.

During the 21 days, we set out to go from no-daily or very-little-daily movement to walking for 30 minutes per day. Doing so in increments: In week one, we commit to walking for 10 minutes per day. In week two, we commit to walking for 20 minutes per day. In week three, we commit to walking for 30 minutes per day.

If you have been thinking of moving a little more each day, this is a perfect opportunity (and a sign) to sign up for the challenge today. We take off on Sunday, June 8th, 2025. To participate, all you have to do is sign up and commit to walking.

Looking forward to moving alongside you!
